These Terms cover details about the aspects of the Evolve Beings platform relevant to Facilitators and are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use, the general terms that govern your use of our Services. Any capitalized terms that aren't defined in these Terms are defined as specified in the Terms of Use. In order to use the platform it is necessary to read and accept this user agreement. If you do not accept this agreement, you will not be able to use the Evolve Beings platform. By signing up to be a Facilitator on this website, you must agree with the following:
As a Facilitator, you are responsible for all content that you post, share including lectures, courses, sessions, workshops, resources, answers, and announcements.
To provide private sessions to support Clients through challenging situations with counsel, guidance and any other means appropriate to the needs of the Client.
To hold to the standard of confidentiality, which means you cannot discuss or disclose any confidential materials, oral or written.
To indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all actions, claims, suits, judgments, liability, damages, awards, and attorney fees arising out of Facilitator's work.
The Company will deduct 20% of commission for each private session held through the Evolve Beings platform.
To inform every Client who wants to continue the private sessions to book the next ones through the Company’s platform.
