Terms for Speakers (Evolve Wonder Women Goa offline Festival, 2022)

These specific terms apply to your participation in the Wonder Women Goa offline festival 2022 as speaker (“You”), in addition to (and prevailing over) the application of our general Terms of Use.

You expressly authorize Evolve Beings to make and use any or all of the image and voice recordings, or part of them, of events in which you may intervene during the Wonder Women Goa offline festival (including by way of example: presentations, courses, mentoring, round tables, photo sessions, workshops), including all types of visual and/or sound recordings, whether at the event in real time or previously provided to Evolve Beings by you (“Recordings”), subject to the conditions set out here.

This authorization is non-exclusive, has worldwide application and is without a time limit, subject to withdrawal set out here. Evolve Beings undertakes to make good use of the Recordings only within the context of ‘Wonder Women Festival’, and never to your detriment or prejudice to your image and reputation. You may request us to delete or remove the Recording at any time.

We, at Evolve Beings, want to create a safe space for everyone involved in the festival so we shall cooperate with You and provide You with such information as You may reasonably require in order to facilitate You to duly and punctually comply with your obligations under this Terms. In our dealings with You, We shall endeavor to respond to any queries in a professional and timely manner.

You undertake to prepare and deliver Your Presentation at Your scheduled session at Wonder Women Goa offline festival 2021 in accordance with these Terms, with no responsibility for the content from our side.

You acknowledge that you have been informed of the purposes of the processing of personal data by Evolve Beings and consent to this processing for the purposes indicated in this Agreement. For more information on your privacy rights, please see our privacy policy. For any other processing, Evolve Beings must obtain the explicit consent of the Speaker.

Payment of any Fee will be made once the Event has taken place, within 15 days of receipt of your invoice. Payment will be made through the payment method you chose when filling out the form.
In case of no show at the venue, for any reason, Evolve beings is not liable to pay cancelation fees or any travel costs that you may have. Provided you give Us advance notice, we will cater for any special dietary needs.

Nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude a party’s liability:

for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or that of its employees, agents or subcontractors;

for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

for any indemnity providing under this Agreement; or

for any other act, omission, or liability which may not be limited or excluded by law;
