About the Wonder Women Festival April '22 Volunteer Team
One act of kindness, one bright smile, one hug of support, few simple words of recognition, such as “you are welcome here” can be enough to change a person’s entire experience. The average attendee may not remember our workshops but they will look back on the festival and remember the kindness and love we shared. And this kind of environment is made possible because of the support bestowed by people like you. To hold the space for the community to let go, dance, celebrate and be able to finally embody their divine feminine power.
We are really happy to invite you to volunteer at the Wonder Women Festival ’22. The festival will take place from
the 26th April to 2nd May 2022.
Discounted ticket
A discounted festival ticket upto 50% the current price.
Commission on tickets
An opportunity to earn Rs 2000 Commission on each ticket that uses your promotional code, which we will give you.
Festival Access
Full participation in the festival. While taking on your volunteer tasks is a priority.

Areas of volunteer service
Below listed are the broad areas of volunteer service that would be expected at the festival. Specific roles within these areas will be presented and assigned when we all group together onsite as a team.
Physical space keeping
This team will ensure that the physical space at our hotel remains conducive to hold the space for sacred ceremonies and rituals.
As a volunteer you will have to arrive early to assist with setting up the venue. You would be responsible for:
- preparing, cleaning & clearing (energy and matter) spaces
- setting up group rooms for workshops (mattresses, pillows, musician setup, sound support)
Registration & Information
In this area of service, volunteers will be required to assist the festival-goers and keep them informed about all the opportunities and procedures at the festival.
- As a volunteer you would be responsible for welcoming arrivals, checking them in and give instruction on accommodation and parking, keeping up on the schedule and answering questions
Friends of Festival
In this area of service, volunteers will be responsible for providing any kind of on-site support to all festival participants (including mentors). Responsibilities would also include assisting workshops and facilitating meal times. You should have some experience in this area and be familiar with the subject of Tantra to apply.
