SUBJECT MATTER

The subject of the contract is the purchase of goods ("Goods" means the products and/or services specified in the Purchase Order to be supplied by the Supplier in accordance with these Terms).

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The prices valid at the time of ordering a product or a service apply. If certain discount or promotional offers are advertised with friendship codes, these are limited in time or quantity. The purchase’s price is due immediately, when placing the order. The payment of the goods takes place in advance by bank transfer, or credit card. We may use a third-party payment processor to charge Fees to you. You agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges for purchases made by you, and you authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment provider. When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

If the goods you purchased on the Website were not what you were expecting, you can request, within 2 days of your receiving date, for a credit or a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply for a credit or a refund, at our discretion. No credit or refund is due to you if you request it after the 2-days time limit has passed. We shall deduct from any amount paid by you and which may be refunded to you, the payment processing fees which may have been charged to us by the third-party payment processor in processing your payment to the Company and in processing any refund to you by the Company. We shall also deduct the differential amount, owing to the difference or fluctuation in foreign exchange rates between the date that you have made the order and the date when we may make a refund to you, in such manner that no loss is incurred by the Company on account of any difference or fluctuation in foreign exchange rates in the process of making any refund.

The Website and its staff shall treat all Data supplied in connection with the purchase as confidential and shall not use or disclose any confidential information supplied by the customer other than for the purposes of the Contract. By buying from the Website, you give consent to the Evolve Beings to collect, process, and use your personal data to contact you regarding updates and information on events and community updates. Information supplied electronically by the customer to the Website, marked as “Sensitive” encrypted and password protected shall not be transmitted by the Website to any third party.

DELIVERY OF THE GOODS

A healthy environment is vital for all of us, especially when it comes to something intimate, it’s important that it reaches you in great shape. Therefore, we mostly use natural, recycled materials for our packaging and shipping. This allows us to save Mother Earth’s natural resources.
The delivery is made worldwide. Depending on the country in which the goods are sent, different Shipping costs will occur. All prices include the statutory VAT but exclude respective shipping costs. Shipping is determined by the size and quantity of the goods.
The delivery time will be specified at the moment of the order depending on the availability of the product, place of delivery etc. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you promptly. In case of unavailability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you and refund payments already received immediately.

WARRANTY OF GOODS PURCHASE

The product images may differ from the appearance of the delivered products, since we use natural materials and handcraft to produce it. If the goods are flawed, we will in due time care for subsequent performance e.g., elimination of the defects. As our products are mainly produced in a limited number of pieces, a subsequent delivery of an identical product may not be possible.

Some of our products may require a medical consult prior using them so please consult your physiologist BEFORE PURCHASING. The products are intended for customers who are familiar with the purpose of the purchased products. Nevertheless, we can not accept any liability concerning the effect on your body in use.
