- Those with a history of epilepsy, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, osteoporosis, severe illness, or addiction
- Individuals with a history of mental illness, psychiatric hospitalization, emotional crises, suicidality, or psychosis

- Schedule: Starts on arrival day at 2:00 PM and ends at 4:00 PM on the last day🕒

About the facilitator
Bashar Waleed
Bashar is a dedicated facilitator in breathwork, kundalini yoga, and men’s work. His core philosophy is rooted in the wisdom of the heart and trusting the body. He combines a variety of techniques, including psychology (with two years of psychosynthesis study), Himalayan kriya, conscious connected breathwork, somatic bodywork, and emotional release.
Born and raised in two cultures, Bashar has spent half his life in Iraq and the other half in Sweden. This unique background gives him a deep understanding that bridges Eastern and Western perspectives. He believes that, despite our differences, we are all interconnected and hold vast reservoirs of love and wisdom within.
Bashar offers retreats, workshops, and personalized 1:1 sessions for individuals and couples, available both in-person and online.

Refund Policy
In case I can’t make it – what is the refund/ cancellation policy ?
- Up to 3 months before the retreat: You’ll receive a full refund, with just a EUR 100 retained as an administrative offering.
- Between 60 to 90 days before the retreat: You’re eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Less than 60 days before the retreat: We’re not able to offer a refund at this stage, as preparations will already be in motion.
- Partial deposits are non-refundable, as they represent your commitment to this journey.
- If you find you’re unable to join us, you’re welcome to gift your place to a female friend or partner. Simply send us her name, and we’ll lovingly pass the space on.
