Understanding Tantra
At its core, tantra is a philosophy and practice that seeks to unite the polarities of masculine and feminine energies, ultimately leading to spiritual liberation. Unlike traditional approaches to sexuality that often emphasise control, repression, or indulgence, tantra invites individuals to embrace their desires, passions, and vulnerabilities as pathways to higher consciousness. In the tantric worldview, sexuality is viewed as a sacred and integral part of life, capable of catalysing profound healing, transformation, and enlightenment.
Male Sexuality in Tantra
Within the context of tantra, male sexuality is celebrated as a powerful force for self-realisation and spiritual evolution. Rather than viewing ejaculation as the sole goal of sexual expression, tantric teachings encourage men to expand their awareness and experience of pleasure, moving beyond the limitations of the physical body to access deeper states of ecstasy and union. Central to this practice is the cultivation of sexual energy through techniques such as breathwork, meditation, and mindful touch, allowing men to harness their innate vitality and vitality for personal growth and fulfilment.

About the facilitator
Mohini Srishati
Tantrica, life coach & Sex educator
Mohini teaches and facilitates retreats, trainings, and festivals across India and Europe. She creates one of the largest Tantra festivals in India.She is also the creator of the Wonder Women Festival and Green Tara Certified Teacher Training, both dedicated to feminine empowerment and awakening. Her work is rooted in daily meditative practice, embodied living, and authentic connection.

Bashar Waleed
Tantrica, life coach & Sex educator
Coming from diverse cultural backgrounds, Bashar has spent half his life in Iraq and the other half in Sweden. This unique upbringing has provided him with a deep understanding that transcends geographical boundaries, emphasizing the interconnectedness between Eastern and Western perspectives. He believes that despite attempts to differentiate ourselves from others, we are fundamentally interconnected and harbor vast reservoirs of love and wisdom within.
For the past five years, Bashar has actively contributed to the creation of various tantra festivals and retreats across Europe. He holds a profound passion for sacred sexuality and conscious relating, focusing on how individuals relate to themselves, their bodies, and others.
In addition to his tantra work, Bashar integrates shamanic practices and tools, drawing from seven years of experience working with different plant medicines. His offerings include a wide range of services, from retreats and workshops to personalized 1:1 sessions, available both in-person and online.

Cancellation policy
- Up to 3 months before the retreat: You’ll receive a full refund, with just a EUR 100 retained as an administrative offering.
- Between 60 to 90 days before the retreat: You’re eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Less than 60 days before the retreat: We’re not able to offer a refund at this stage, as preparations will already be in motion.
- Partial deposits are non-refundable, as they represent your commitment to this journey.
- If you find you’re unable to join us, you’re welcome to gift your place to a female friend or partner. Simply send us her name, and we’ll lovingly pass the space on.
