Who am I?

I’m Spandana—an Inner Growth and Menstruality Coach and a teacher of Advaita Vedanta. I support women who are ready to stop overriding themselves and live from a deeper, more intuitive rhythm.

After over a decade in corporate leadership, I found myself depleted, disconnected, and unsure how to truly slow down. My path home began through the spiritual teachings of Vedanta, and deepened through a longing to reconnect with my feminine wisdom. Struggles with hormonal imbalance led me to menstrual cycle awareness, which quickly evolved into something much deeper: a reawakening of body, intuition, and presence.

Now based in the Himalayas, I guide women through 1:1 coaching that integrates ancient wisdom with modern depth practices. My approach is grounded, soulful, and shaped by lived experience.
